Congrats to the Girls Lightweight 4 who finished 1st at States and finished 3rd at Nationals. The team consists of Parker Michos, Anotnia Kotliarov, Astrid Henkle, Grace Peterson, and Lee Frederick. The Wakefield Men’s Novice 8 Boat defeated all of their competition in their State level race. The men’s team rowed 5:00 beating their closes opponent by 4 seconds who was South County. The Women’s Novice 4 Boat defeated their field of opponents by rowing 6:25 beating the next closes boat (Fairfax) by 11 seconds. The Wakefield boat got out ahead and never looked back. 2018 Outdoor Track National District Meet Information for Spectators
The National District girls and boys lacrosse tournament begins on Wednesday, May 9th. The boys will travel to face Falls Church on May 9 – 7:00 PM game time.
